Title: Becoming More Powerful Through Meditation

Sarah McLean, Hay House author of Soul-Centered: Transform Your Life in 8 Weeks with Meditation, inspires and guides you on a journey to discover the source of your attention and find out how training your attention can be essential to becoming more powerful and living a soul-centered life.

What if the quality of your attention equaled the quality of your personal power? Sarah believes it’s so. She’ll show you how to take charge of your own attention and help you to glimpse the source of your attention. Discover how you can train your attention in three ways: being more aware of how and what you focus on; keeping your attention to the present moment; and becoming more self-aware. Sarah insists that what you pay attention to is what you will find in your life.

First, she’ll have you look at how you focus your attention—how well you do it, and what you focus on and attend to. Through experiential exercises, including meditation and mindfulness practices, you’ll learn how and why meditation enhances your ability to focus, and how to choose what to focus on.

Second, you’ll discover your default thinking patterns. What are most of your thoughts about? What is your focus: the past? the future? Discover why it’s essential to keep your attention in the present moment and on what’s really happening now. Learn ways to bring your awareness back to the here and now.

Third, find out how meditation can increase an inward-bound focus that will enhance your self-awareness, intuition, listening skills, honesty and sincerity. Learn how to live a life of integrity, in real time. Learn to choose what you pay attention to, and discover the keys to living a soul-centered life.
